At First4rentals we have a selection of proprieties to suit all budgets. We know how important it is for you to find the right home. All viewings are accompanied by a member of staff, who can give you advice and answer any questions you may have.

We do require a completed application form before referencing can be undertaken, you should also provide an original photographic Identification (e.g. passport or driving licence). Bank statements may be required along with a copy of your contract of employment, and reference from a rental agency (if you are currently renting a property).

You should be aware that the need for a guarantor may not become apparent until your referencing has been completed. Where a guarantor is required, they will need to complete an application form and provide the required paperwork. We use the services of an independent company to obtain credit checks.
